Terms of Service

Welcome to Bridgewell Consulting Limited ("Bridgewell," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our websites, client portals, digital resources, and all consulting or advisory services we provide (collectively, the "Services"). By engaging Bridgewell or using any portion of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Company Information

Bridgewell Consulting Limited is a private company limited by shares incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, with its principal office at Universal Trade Centre, 22/F, Unit 2201-02, 3 Arbuthnot Road, Central, Mid-Levels, Hong Kong.

2. Nature of Services

Bridgewell provides strategic, financial, and personal-wealth consulting for individual clients. Our work includes private advisory sessions, analytical reports, financial-education materials, and strategic-planning documentation. Bridgewell is not a licensed financial intermediary and does not provide securities trading, portfolio management, tax-filing, legal representation, or other regulated financial services. All information and advice are offered solely for educational and informational purposes.

3. Client Eligibility

Clients must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter binding agreements, and engage our Services solely for personal or professional development purposes. By purchasing or scheduling any program, you represent that these criteria are met.

4. Engagement and Payment

Services commence only after payment has been received through our approved processors (Stripe, Airwallex, or direct bank transfer). Prices and service tiers are published on our website or formal proposals and may be revised for future engagements without prior notice. All fees are quoted and payable in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Outstanding balances must be settled before delivery of final reports or materials.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten (10) business days.

6. Delivery of Services

Each program's scope, timeline, and deliverables are described in the relevant service description or proposal. Bridgewell will act in good faith to deliver within agreed timeframes; however, timelines are approximate and depend upon the client's cooperation, responsiveness, and provision of accurate information. Deliverables may include—but are not limited to—digital reports, spreadsheets, presentations, dashboards, or recorded meetings.

7. Client Obligations

Clients agree to provide complete and accurate information necessary for analysis, respond promptly to document or data requests, and maintain the confidentiality of any portal credentials or shared materials. Bridgewell is not responsible for delays or outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Bridgewell maintains strict confidentiality in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong. All client information is securely stored and accessed only by authorized personnel directly involved in the engagement. Data will never be sold, disclosed, or transferred to third parties except where required by law or with the client's written consent. Bridgewell may use anonymized data for internal analytics and quality improvement.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property contained in or arising from Bridgewell's materials—including but not limited to reports, models, templates, training materials, and software—is and shall remain the exclusive property of Bridgewell Consulting LTD. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables for personal reference. Reproduction, publication, or commercial redistribution of any content without written authorization is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bridgewell's total liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
